We chose this walk as a ‘handy one’ but unfortunately, the horrendous weather forced us to cut the route short. We had hoped to do the purple route, but ended up splitting off early and taking refuge in the nearby Summit pub. A beautiful walk nonetheless and we look forward to returning on a sunny day. The route starts at the pier and finishes at the train station – we walked it in reverse (not recommended).
